I’m proud to be a Canadian.
I love Canada.
Why?
Because its amazing!
And our history is so interesting.
You know.
If you’re taught it right.
Anyway, our military in the first and second world wars were amazing! The Germans were totally scared of us! They prepared for the worst when they found out they would be fighting against the Canadians.
Canadians are treated very well all over the world because of our history and our close ties with other countries. Sometimes, when Americans go backpacking, they put Canadian flags on their bags so they’ll be treated better.
Americans aren’t very loved by the world.
It’s a fact.
Anyway, I’m doing a project on Canada’s role in the Cold War, and I saw something on Yahoo Answers. Someone was asking what Canada’s role in the Cold War was and a couple people said that Canada just sat around and mooched off of the U.S. for security and technology. And they still do to this day.
Well fuck you.
I’m not going to go into details About what happened in that area, but all I have to say is that Americans have no right to say that at ALL.
Because the last time I checked, the Americans sat around during both World Wars and watched us risk our lives to fight for what was right.
They added nothing to help us in the wars when they FINALLY helped us very close to the end when we were desperate for more men. The only way the Americans helped us ever was by adding people.
No technology.
Nothing.
We did all the work for them.
And these stupid Americans have the nerve to say we were just sitting around during the Cold War?
Bullshit.
It really pisses me off when Americans say that kind if shit.
It really does.
Why the hell do you wish you were us if you think we’re stupid?
Honestly.
Grow up.
On a completely different, but kind of related topic, we would be screwed if we were to get into another war.
We pay all this money in taxes and like none of it goes to our military. We’re so behind in technology for our military it’s horrible. Our military is one of the things that got Canada its amazing reputation and were just letting It die?
Oh no, now that just won’t do.
Personally, I think that we should have top notch military like we did during the World Wars. We were awesome back then.
But we seem to be stuck there.
That needs to change.
Because this world is hell.
Who knows when another war will break out?
And, like I said, we’ll be screwed if it does.
So it needs to change.
